E.P. Salvati, M.D. FACS, FASCRS

E.P. Salvati, M.D. FACS, FASCRSEugene P. Salvati received his M.D. degree at the University of Maryland in 1947. He was certified in Colon and Rectal Surgery in 1956 and in General Surgery in 1962. Dr. Salvati is a fellow of both the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, and the American College of Surgeons. He was secretary and past President of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, as well as past President of the New Jersey Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and New York Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. Dr. Salvati was director of the Colon and Rectal Residency Training Program, UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School from 1970-1993.

Dr. Salvati’s interests include:
Wine making, pizza making, boating and fishing. Dr.Salvati has 8 children, and17 grandchildren.
